Making Opportunity Count is advancing plans to bring 35 units of affordable housing to Fitchburg’s Cleghorn neighborhood. Making Opportunity Count reached a significant milestone by receiving approval from the City of Fitchburg’s Planning Board to proceed with the development of this project. This achievement reflects the collaborative efforts of our dedicated partners, including legal counsel Prince Lobel, architectural firm Flow Design, civil engineers at Hannigan Engineering, development consultant Wendy Carter Development Consulting, traffic engineers GPI and preconstruction services from HJ Russell.
Making Opportunity Count’s mission is to empower families to achieve economic security by eliminating barriers and creating opportunities. We are excited to continue this venture in the upcoming months ahead as we work to secure funding and expand our team.
