Health Beginnings connects expecting and new parents to medical care, nutrition supports, childcare resources, and essential services that help families start strong. Through personalized support, education, and strong local partnerships, we make it easier to access what you need—when you need it—so you can focus on your health, your baby, and your next steps.

About the Healthy Beginnings Program

The Healthy Beginnings Initiative is a program supporting pregnant people and families in North Central Massachusetts. We help connect families to important services like medical care, nutrition support, childcare, and social programs, so that everyone has the resources they need to start strong.

We focus on practical, client-centered support, working closely with local partners to make sure families can access help when they need it. Healthy beginnings matter, and our goal is to make them possible for every family.
