Our Family Support services offer comprehensive programs and resources to help families build resilience, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals. Serving North Central MA, we provide personalized support to ensure every family has the tools they need to succeed.
Our Services
Fitchburg Family Resource Center
The Fitchburg Family Resource Center offers support, education, and connections to local resources to strengthen and empower families in the community.
Parents as Teachers (PAT)
Parents as Teachers is a home-visiting program that supports parents as their child’s first teacher, promoting early learning, development, and school readiness.
Coordinated Family and Community Engagement (CFCE)
CFCE provides free early childhood programs, resources, and referrals to support families with young children.
FIRST Steps Together
FIRST Steps Together offers peer support and case management for parents in recovery, helping them build healthy family relationships and access needed services.
Fitchburg Community Connections Coalition (FCCC)
FCCC is a community-based initiative focused on strengthening families and neighborhoods through collaboration, support networks, and access to local resources.
