Teen Summer Employment

Paid summer jobs and career readiness training for youth young adults ages 14–24. The Teen Summer Employment program connects young people with meaningful work experiences, mentoring, and skills that prepare them for future careers.

About Our Teen Summer Employment Program

At Making Opportunity Count, our Teen Summer Employment program helps youth ages 14–24 gain valuable work experience while earning a paycheck. Participants are matched with local employers and receive ongoing support to build job skills, explore careers, and prepare for long-term success in the workforce.

In addition to employment, the program provides career readiness workshops, mentoring, and connections to resources that support both academic and personal growth. Teen Summer Employment is more than just a summer job—it’s an investment in young people’s futures.
