Nutrition

We’re here to connect you to nutrition services across the life span.

Our nutrition services support the health and wellbeing of children and older adults through nutrition education, personalized guidance, and access to healthy food and essential resources.

Our Services

WIC Program

The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program supports income-eligible pregnant women, postpartum mothers, infants, and young children with healthy food, nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and referrals to health and social services. WIC promotes better health outcomes by offering personalized guidance and nutritious foods essential for early childhood development and maternal well-being.

Nutrition Services

Our nutrition services are meant to ensure older adults in North Central Massachusetts have access to healthy food and nutrition education. From meal delivery to group dining cafes, our programs are tailored to meet your needs and promote overall wellness. We also provide opportunities for connection to help reduce isolation and keep you engaged in your community.
