Payment & Insurance
Reproductive Health Services accepts most major insurance plans, including commercial insurance and MassHealth. Co-pays, coinsurance, and deductibles may apply and are due at the time of service.
If you do not have insurance, services are offered on a sliding fee scale based on household income. Many services may be provided at little or no cost.
No one is turned away due to inability to pay. If cost is a concern, please talk with our staff—we’ll work with you to find an option that meets your needs.
Frequently Asked Questions
What services does the clinic offer?
We can help with many reproductive health needs including birth control, STI testing and treatment, pregnancy testing and confirmation, Pap smears, and support for heavy, irregular, or painful periods or unusual discharge.
Do I need a parent to come in if I’m under 18?
No. Once you come in, you’re in charge of your own health decisions. You don’t need a parent’s permission or insurance to access services, but you’re welcome to bring a trusted adult if that makes you feel more comfortable. Your privacy is always respected.
What types of birth control do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of options including pills, IUDs, implants, patches, shots, condoms, and emergency contraception. Staff will talk with you about what might work best for your lifestyle and health, answer questions, and help you get started—often the same day.
Can I get tested for STIs even if I don’t have symptoms?
Yes. Many STIs don’t cause symptoms, so the only way to know for sure is through testing. Regular testing is important, and our team makes it easy, private, and judgment-free.
Do you offer prenatal or IVF services?
No, we do not provide ongoing IVF or prenatal treatment.
Is your clinic open to everyone?
Yes. Services are available to everyone, regardless of age, gender, identity, sexual orientation, immigration status, income, or insurance. Care is never limited by these factors.
Do you offer Services for Men?
Yes. We provide sexual and reproductive health services for men and masculine-identifying clients in a confidential, respectful, and judgment-free setting.
What if I don't have insurance?
We provide sliding scale based off household income.
