Our Services

Behavioral Health Services at Making Opportunity Count provide outpatient therapy and support for children, adolescents, and adults—offered both in person and through telehealth—to help individuals and families improve mental health, strengthen relationships, and build resilience.

Individual Counseling

Personalized one-on-one therapy for children, teens, and adults. Clinicians support clients coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or daily stressors, and use evidence-based approaches such as CBT and trauma-informed care to help individuals reach their goals.

Couples & Family Therapy

Counseling designed to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and address challenges within couples or families. Therapists work with families navigating conflict, parenting stress, major life transitions, or the impact of mental health conditions on family dynamics.

Group Therapy & Support

Therapeutic groups that bring people together around shared experiences. Groups may focus on social skills, stress management, parenting support, or recovery-based topics, offering a safe space to learn strategies, share experiences, and build community.

Care Coordination

Support that goes beyond the therapy room. Staff help connect clients to community resources, coordinate with schools and healthcare providers, and assist with referrals to ensure that each client receives well-rounded, continuous care.
