Shelter Case Manager
The Shelter Case Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to families residing in shelter. Using motivational interviewing and strength-based practices, the Case Manager works collaboratively with participants to develop individualized rehousing plans that include clear goals, measurable action steps, and targeted interventions designed to promote self-sufficiency and secure safe, stable, and affordable permanent housing.
Lead Teacher
Responsible for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate program that contributes to children’s overall growth, self-esteem, and social competence. Develop individual goals for children, provide on-going assessment on progress and facilitate transition to pre-school and/or kindergarten.
Employment Specialist
The Employment Specialist is responsible for carrying out the services of the M.O.C. Supported Employment Programs by assisting clients to obtain and maintain employment that is consistent with their vocational goals.
