Safe, stable housing with wraparound services that help individuals and families rebuild their lives. Supportive Housing combines affordable housing with case management, resources, and community connections to promote long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

About Supportive Housing

At Making Opportunity Count, our Supportive Housing programs provide more than just a place to live—they offer stability, safety, and ongoing support for qualified individuals and families who have experienced homelessness or housing insecurity.

Through case management, connections to community resources, and individualized supports, residents can address challenges such as employment, behavioral health, and independency while living in safe, affordable housing. Our goal is to ensure every household has the foundation they need to thrive.

How to Access Services

Supportive Housing referrals are typically made through state and local housing agencies. If you are working with a case manager or housing provider, ask them about making a referral to our program.

Have Questions?

Call us at 978-956-6659 or email Housing@mocic.org to learn more. Our team can explain how the referral process works and help you understand the next steps.

Payment

Residents contribute to their housing costs based on income and program eligibility. Rent amounts are calculated to remain affordable, ensuring no household pays more than a fair portion of their income toward housing. Payments are typically made monthly, and our staff are available to assist residents with budgeting, rent payments, and accessing financial supports when needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most participants are referred through Continuum of Care, but our staff can help guide you through the process if you’re unsure where to start.

In addition to housing, residents receive case management, referrals to health and behavioral health services, employment supports, and other wraparound resources.
